Shared ownership
of the journey.
We want to bring different perspectives to the table, make considered decisions together, and stay accountable to the work.
OUR STORY
A business begins
with belief.
For us, it began with friendship and a shared desire to build something of our own.
PEOPLE FIRST. PURPOSE ALWAYS.
From a conversation
to a common direction.
The Fifth Axis LLC was started by a group of friends with interests in real estate, farming, and building a business together. We see room to work across different sectors, connected by the same people and a shared sense of purpose.
Our first step is a student hostel project in the UDS campus area of Tamale, Ghana. It gives our wider ambition a clear place to begin.
HOW WE WANT TO BUILD
The principles
we start with.
These are the commitments we want
to carry into every stage of our work.
Shared ownership
Begin with
a real need.
Our first focus is student accommodation. We want each venture to have a clear reason to exist and people it is intended to serve.
Give good work
time to grow.
We are building from the beginning. Our intention is to learn, develop carefully, and let each step inform the next.
Our first address
is an ambition in Tamale.
